College and Career Awareness Initiative is an 8-week program that provides insight and exposure to various STEAM related careers allowing participants the much-needed exposure to various career paths.

2. Set a short term goal and make a plan for achieving it.

3. Set a post secondary goal with action steps, timeframes, and criteria for evaluating achievement.
